This section includes multivitamins, single vitamins (D3, C, B-complex, E, K2), minerals (magnesium, zinc, calcium, iron, selenium), omega-3 (Ultra Omega, Omega + D3 + K2), joint support (collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin), sleep aids, testosterone support for men (tribulus, boosters) and kids' vitamins.
How to choose: a blood test (for example vitamin D, ferritin) helps reveal deficiencies. A good daily base is a quality multivitamin, D3 and omega-3. Choose well-absorbed forms (chelates, methylfolate, D3 rather than D2).
Important: more is not better. Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and iron can build up in the body. If you are pregnant, have a chronic condition or take medication, talk to a doctor.
