Testosterone boosters

Updated: October 25, 2026

Honestly: tribulus, D-aspartic acid and similar herbal boosters haven't been shown to raise testosterone meaningfully in healthy men.

What actually helps:

  • 7–9 hours of sleep.
  • Vitamin D and zinc — if you're deficient.
  • Enough calories and fat (harsh dieting lowers testosterone).
  • Strength training and losing excess fat.
  • Ashwagandha — a small effect in some studies.

Symptoms (fatigue, low libido)? Get tested and see a urologist or endocrinologist. We don't advise on steroids or SARMs — they're dangerous to health.

General sports-nutrition guidance, not medical advice. If you have a condition, are pregnant or take medication, check with your doctor first.
